This website is run by Second Form Pty Ltd, ABN 26 699 197 245. By using it you agree to these terms. The content is general information about a studio that has not yet opened. Nothing on it is health advice, and nothing on it promises a health outcome.

The list

Joining the list is free and asks for your full name and email. You can leave at any time using the link in any email. What we do with your details is in our privacy policy.

Founding membership

Founding members on the list will hear first about early access, founding pricing and tours of the studio before it opens. Details of founding membership, including price, term and the conditions for deposits and refunds, will be published before anything is sold. Nothing on this site today is an offer to sell a membership, and joining the list does not guarantee a place or a price.

Content

The words, photographs, renders and marks on this site belong to Second Form Pty Ltd or are used with permission. Please ask before reusing them. Renders are indicative and the finished studio may differ.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
